The student structure array manages the information of 10 students, including student number, name and three course grades (double type). Input all the information of 10 students from the keyboard, and print out the total average score and the highest score student information

Output the total average score of 10 students, and the score of the students with the highest total score of 3 courses. All the scores are output with 2 decimal places after the decimal point
