Input the information of 5 students in 5 lines. Input according to the student number, name and grade order of three courses. The student number and name are strings of no more than 4 characters. The string does not contain spaces, newline characters and tab characters. A student's data is separated by a space.
###Output format:
Output the information of 5 students in 5 lines. According to the student number, name and average score of three courses, the output of student number and name takes up 5 column widths, the average score keeps 1 decimal place, and the output takes up 5 column widths.
